Subject: past participle agreement with say-verbs

I'm working on past participle agreement in central Italo-Romance dialects. Does anybody know of languages in which the marking of participial agreement with transitive say-verbs actually differs from default conditions? I have already seen P. Munro's paper on Transitivity and say-verbs (Synt&Sem 15 1982), with the main literature hinted at there, but I did not find nothing specific about the topic. Thank you very much in advance.

Dear colleagues, do you know of any software that provides exercises involving etymological evolutions of words from Latin to Spanish? Platforms: Windows, Mac, Linux. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Concepcion. - Concepcion B.
