Description:
The Team Leader is a working manager for a team of 4+
compositors/proofreaders for the night shift, working hours are 5:30pm
- 2:00am M-F. Management responsibilities consist of assuring daily
work assignments are completed in a quality and timely manner,
assessing and managing the capacity and performance of team members,
ensuring a smooth transition of assignments between the day and night
shifts, and proofreading financial documents in English and German. In
addition the Team Leads is the liaison between the customer and the
internal team.
Qualifications:
· Native or near native fluency in German and/or French
· Strong computer and word-processing skills
· Proven ability to proofread
· Strong organizational, problem solving, time management, spoken and
written communication skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· 2+ years proven experience managing a small team
· Flexibility to work overtime and weekends hours
