    Linguistics

    Department of Linguistics at the University of Toronto invites applications for a one-year term appointment beginning September 1, 2002, subject to budgetary approval. A Ph.D. in linguistics is required. The successful candidate will teach courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in one or preferably two of the following three areas: a) syntax, b) phonetics and phonology, c) psycholinguistics and language acquisition.

    Applicants are requested to submit a covering letter with curriculum vitae and copies of publications and/or unpublished research, and arrange for three letters of reference to be sent directly by the referees.
