    Meeting Description:

    Organizers welcome proposals for papers on topics such as adult/child language learning, language for special purposes, educational technology and language learning, foreign/second/immersion language teaching methodology and teacher education, language and ecology, language and education in multilingual settings, language and gender, language and the media, language contact and language change, language planning, language learner autonomy, literacy, mother tongue education, second language acquisition, and sign language. Presentations will be 20 min. long with discussion following. Announcement for early registration

    This year our plenary speaker is Dr. Kendall King of Georgetown University and our keynote speaker is Dr. Nina Spada of OISE/UT. We also have more than 30 sessions planned.
