The second international conference of the German Cognitive Linguistics Association will take place in Munich, from 5 to 7 October 2006. It is organized by the recently founded Interdisciplinary Centre for Cognitive Language Studies (ICCLS) at Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich.

The aim of the conference is to promote interest in Cognitive Linguistics in Germany and abroad and to provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of current research.
