The Editor of RALL invites contributions to Vol.7 (2005-2006) edition ofthe journal. Such contributions should be addressed to:

Dr. Oye Taiwooyepaultaiwoyahoo.co.uk.·Manuscript must be typed double-spaced on one side of A4 paper (orsimilar) with margins of at least 3.5cm on all four sides of the page.·The first page of the manuscript should carry the title of the articlewithout the name of the author.·The title and full address of the author (including e-mail address) shouldbe supplied on a cover sheet.·Linguistic Examples. A letter, word or phrase cited as a linguisticexample should be in italics, followed by the gloss. The gloss should notbe enclosed in quotation marks. Authors should use standard phoneticsymbols such as those of the IPA.·Line drawings and photographs must be reproducible originals and should besubmitted on separate sheets, carefully numbered and labeled. They shouldbe referred to in the text and their position should be indicated in themanuscript. Type Captions on a separate sheet and place it at the end ofthe manuscript together with the original illustrations.·Footnotes should be used only when it is absolutely necessary.·Acknowledgements should be marked by an asterisk and precede the numberedfootnotes.·Reference should be cited in the text according to the author and datesystem used by linguistic journals. References should contain only thoseworks referred to in the text. The full alphabetical list of referencescited should be typed double-spaced, starting on a separate page. Do notuse abbreviations in the references. The list should be prepared accordingto the following model:

·Authors are advised to check their manuscripts carefully beforesubmission. Page proofs for correction will be sent to authors. This mustbe returned to the Editor before the date determined by the publicationschedule. A copy of the journal will be sent to each contributor free ofcharge.
