Description:

In the context of the newly founded Collaborative Research Center (Sonderforschungsbereich) 732 'Incremental specification in context' funded by the DFG, the following position is available at the University of Stuttgart:

Project D5 (principal investigator: Hinrich Schuetze) 1 half position for a computational linguist with experience in statistical parsing and a strong background in non-discrete mathematics. Position may be combined with BAT IIa/2 position in A2.

The salary for the half position is based at the BATIIa/2 scale. The position starts July 1, 2006 and lasts 4 years.
