Description:
In the context of the newly founded Collaborative Research Center (Sonderforschungsbereich) 732 'Incremental specification in context' funded by the DFG, the following position is available at the University of Stuttgart:
Project B5 (principal investigator: Achim Stein) 1 half position for a computational linguist with experience in object-oriented languages (Java, C++) and script languages (Perl); desired: knowledge of French, knowledge in semantics, experience with ontology tools (e.g. Protege).
The salary for this half position is based at the BATIIa/2 scale. The position starts July 1, 2006 and lasts 4 years.
