The Department of Linguistics at the University of Toronto is pleased toannounce the upcoming International Conference on East Asian Linguistics,which will be held from November 10-12, 2006. The conference will focus onall aspects of formal linguistics of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. Inadditional to regular conference sessions, there will be a special session onloanwords.
