As the academic year starts (at least, for many of us), I'd like totake the opportunity to remind you about WILMA, Women in LinguisticsMentoring Alliance. Please let all of the women in your incominggraduate class know about us!

WILMA provides women in Linguistics with mentors to help them withgeneral survival skills and advice, pairing junior women withrelatively more senior women at different institutions to createongoing mentoring relationships. WILMA is entirely web-based, andcan accomodate one-on-one or group mentoring.
