Dear LINGUIST List Subscribers and Readers,
This is my third and final personal letter to all of you, and I want totake this opportunity to thank you for your support of my work here atLINGUIST over the last three years. Your donations have helped to fundnot only my own graduate work, but also a website that is invaluable tothe field of linguistics.
I have been fortunate enough to help develop a website and online archiveof Dena'ina Athabaskan. If you have not yet seen the Dena'ina Qenaga('language') website, please take a moment to explore it now.
You can find it at http://qenaga.org . Please be sure to browse and searchthe Archive section, which contains information on all of the Dena'inalanguage materials that are housed at the Alaska Native Language Center inFairbanks. This archive is a boon to both Dena'ina community members and tolinguists: Fairbanks is pretty far away from most people, and now users candownload many of the materials from the comfort of their own home. I am proudto have been a part of the Dena'ina Archiving, Training and Access project, and I hope to use the skills I learned to help other communities accesslanguage information online.
I am almost finished with my M.A. at Wayne State University, and I owe muchof what I have learned to my experience with LINGUIST. In the fall I willbegin working toward a PhD, and I know that the services LINGUIST provideswill be as useful to me as they have been to you. Please take a moment andmake a small (or large) contribution to help ensure the continuation ofLINGUIST's high-quality service to the field of linguistics.
Yours sincerely,
Andrea BerezResearch AssistantThe LINGUIST List

For moreinformation visit the IRS Web-Site, or contact your financial advisor.
Many companies also offer a gift matching program, such that they will match any giftyou make to a non-profit organization. Normally this entails your contacting your humanresources department and sending us a form that the EMU Foundation fills in and returnsto your employer.
