LingO 2007 - The Second Oxford Linguistics Postgraduate Conference St. Anne's College, University of Oxford 21 - 22 September 2007

First Call for Papers

We are pleased to announce that LingO 2007, the second Oxford Linguistics Postgraduate Conference, will take place at St. Anne's College, University of Oxford, on 21 - 22 September 2007. The aim of the conference is to provide postgraduates with an opportunity to present their research to peers and the wider academic community.

Authors are invited to submit abstracts for talks or poster presentations. Abstracts are invited from any linguistic subfield, especially the fields of phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, and computational linguistics.

Talks will be allotted 20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion. Authors presenting posters will have an opportunity to do so during the poster session on the second day of the conference. Authors will also be invited to submit an 8-page paper for publication in our online conference proceedings.
