Description:
The University of Konstanz is one of the nine Universities of Excellence inthe Federal Republic of Germany.
Applications are invited for1 PhD Position in Phonology/Prosody/Syntax(Salary Scale 0,5 TV-L 13)
available for 2 years, starting at the earliest convenience of thesuccessful applicant, no later than 1 Nov 2010.
The ideal candidate has a master's degree or equivalent in linguistics or aclosely related field, preferably with a focus on phonology and/or syntax.Knowledge of Icelandic and an interest in research topics in Icelandicphonology and/or syntax is a strong advantage.
