We are pleased to announce a new one-day conference, Spanish Linguistics in North Carolina (SLINKI), to be hosted at the North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina January 22, 2011. This will be the inaugural meeting of SLINKI and while the focus of the conference is on work by researchers in Spanish Linguistics in North Carolina, we welcome all submissions.
Call For Papers
We are pleased to announce a new one-day conference, Spanish Linguistics in North Carolina (SLINKI), to be hosted at the North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina January 22, 2011. This will be the inaugural meeting of SLINKI and we invite abstracts for 20-minute presentations with 10 minutes for questions. While the focus of the conference is on work by researchers in Spanish Linguistics in North Carolina, we welcome all submissions. There will be a one-session at a time format, with several sessions throughout the day focusing on all aspects of Spanish Linguistics. Abstracts should be no more than one page in length, in either English or Spanish. Presenters will be notified of acceptance by November 24, 2010.
