Call Deadline: 31-Jan-2011

Thematic Issue: Emergent Constructions - Construction Grammar andGrammaticalization.

Hence, we will lookingforward to receive paper from linguists who are interested ingrammaticalization of constructions and whose work answers all or some ofthe following questions: (a) how the term 'construction' may be defined insuch an approach; (b) how the term 'grammaticalization' may be understoodin such an approach; (c) whether it is possible to consider grammaticalizationas a unidirectional linear process, organized in clines; and (d) how to bringtogether the notion of the radial organization of grammar and thegrammaticalization paradigm.
