Description:
One quota ESRC studentship is available for the academic year commencingSeptember 2010. ESRC provide up to four years full funding for postgraduatetraining. They cover tuition fees and include a full maintenance grant.
We will consider applications for 1 + 3 quota studentships for the MSc inNeuroscience, Language and Communication followed by PhD research within theDepartment of Developmental Science or Language and Communication. We will alsoconsider applicants who have completed relevant Masters-level training for a 3year PhD studentship within one of these two Departments. Applicants should send a CV, covering letter and the names and email addressesof two referees to Natalie Wilkins at n.wilkinsucl.ac.uk The covering lettershould include an outline of the applicant's principle research interests.Applications for the 3 year PhD studentships only must also outline a plan ofintended research. Ideally, this plan should have been discussed with apotential supervisor based in one of the two Research Departments at UCL.
