We are proud to announce that the 19th Conference of the Student Organizationof Linguistics in Europe (ConSOLE XIX) will take place at the University ofGroningen in January 5 – 8, 2010.
Second Call For Papers
Graduate students not having defended a Ph.D. in Linguistics by September13th are invited to submit abstracts in Phonology, Morphology, Syntax, andSemantics. Submissions in other areas, e.g. Psycholinguistics,Neurolinguistics, Phonetics, etc., will also be welcome if their theoreticalsignificance is made clear. Papers are allotted 30 minutes for presentationplus 10 minutes for discussion.
The conference will be accompanied by the Graduate Workshop onBiolinguistics, held on January 7, 2011.
Abstracts should not exceed two pages, including data, references anddiagrams. Abstracts should be typed in at least 11-point font, with one-inchmargins (letter-size; 8 1/2 by 11 inch or A4) and a maximum of 50 lines oftext per page. Abstracts must be anonymous and submissions are limited to1 individual and 1 joint abstract per author.
Only abstracts in pdf format will be considered. Abstracts are to be submittedvia EasyAbs. For submission, follow the link below and notify whether yoursubmission is to the general session or to the workshop (special session):
