Abstract:

The present volume contains selected papers from the 14th InternationalMorphology Meeting held in Budapest, 13-16 May 2010, organized under theauspices of the Research Institute for Linguistics of the Hungarian Academy ofSciences. The selection of papers presented here addresses problems oflanguage use in one or another sense, covering issues of regularity, irregularityand analogy, as well as the role of frequency in morphological complexity,morphological change and language acquisition. The languages discussedinclude Dutch, German, Greek, Hungarian, Lovari (Romani) and Russian. Thecontributors are Anna Anastassiadis-Symeonidis, Mario Andreou, MártonAndrás Baló, Dunstan Brown, Gabriela Caballero, Anna Maria Di Sciullo,Wolfgang U. Dressler, Roger Evans, Alice C.
