Description:
The University of Hamburg invites applications for two research assistants /PhD positions (50% TV-L 13, 19,5 hours/week) in English linguistics for a periodof three years from October 1st, 2012.
Applicants should have a Master's degree in English linguistics as well as aninterest in multi-lingualism, linguistic typology, corpus linguistics, linguisticvariation and theory construction.
Your tasks will include scientific work both in research and in teaching. You willteach one undergraduate course (2 hours) per semester and will also have theopportunity to write your PhD thesis.
