Description:
Linguistics at Newcastle University is able to submit nominations for the award of two AHRC doctoral studentships through the AHRC’s Doctoral Awards scheme. This scheme provides studentships to enable students to undertake and complete a doctoral degree (PhD). Home (UK) students and those EU students who have been resident in the UK for a minimum of three years are eligible for a full award comprising fees and an annual, tax free stipend to £13,590 (2012/13 rates). Other EU students are eligible for a fees-only award.
