Call for Papers:

Papers are invited in any subfield of linguistics. Presentations will be 20 minutes long (in English) followed by a 10-minute discussion period.

Deadline for abstracts: Thursday, 1 March 2012

Abstract Guidelines:

PDF files are preferred, but abstracts may be sent in plain text, Word, or RTF formats. If you use any nonstandard fonts, PDF format is strongly recommended. Abstracts should be no longer than one page in 12-point font, with an optional second page for examples, figures, tables, or references. Please do not include any author information in your abstract, but provide the following information in the body of your message:

a) Title of paperb) Author's name(s) and affiliations(s)c) Email addressd) Mailing address and phone number

Very Important: Electronic submissions are required and should be sent to the following address. Please send your abstract as an attachment in your email message, and with the phrase 'UNC-CH Colloq Abstract' in the subject bar.

Only one abstract from each individual as a first author can be considered for acceptance. One individual abstract and one jointly authored abstract may be submitted.
