Special Qualifications: Special Qualifications: - BA or MA preferred but college students will be considered - Native-like fluency in English is a must; all additional languages a plus - Preferred major: linguistics, applied linguistics, TESOL, bilingual education - Preferred coursework: phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, discourse analysis, pragmatics, second language acquisition, statistics - Preferred research experience: previous laboratory research, if possible including transcribing speech; psycholinguistics - Preferred computer skills: basic word-processing skills, database management, graph and slide presentation, modeling, website maintenance; acquainted with Google Apps - Preferred statistical skills: knowledge of Excel and of computer packages such as SPSS - Preferred other skills: videotaping and incorporation of videos into slides and other formats

Teaching core linguistics courses at undergraduate level as part of the BA in Applied Linguistics program.

In addition, ATS Languages Division offers teaching positions in foreign language instruction (English, Standard Chinese, French, German, Spanish).
