The Department of Foreign Languages and the Graduate Program in Linguistics at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, in cooperation with the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, will host a conference on the cultural, linguistic and pedagogical aspects of the teaching and acquisition of French as a Foreign Language.
Le Département de langues étrangères et le Programme de linguistique de l’Université de Porto Rico, de concert avec le Département de lettres et communication sociale de l’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, organisent, du jeudi 27 février au samedi 1er mars 2014, un colloque portant sur les aspects culturels, linguistiques et pédagogiques de l’enseignement-apprentissage du français langue étrangère (FLE).
Call for Papers:
Abstracts are invited for conference presentations related to the following theme: Reinventing the Teaching of French as a Foreign Language: Globalization, Immigration, and Sharing of Cultural References.
Abstracts on other areas related to the teaching of French may also be considered by conference organizers.
Abstracts should be 1,500-2,000 characters long, with the name, affiliation and address of presenters, and be sent in Word format by October 30, 2013 to the following address: colloquefle
