The 40th Incontro di Grammatica Generativa will be held on February 13-15, 2013 at the Università di Trento, Department of Literature and Philosophy, Trento, Italy.
The 'Incontro di Grammatica Generativa' (Generative Grammar Meeting) is the main venue in Italy for discussions on all aspects of formal linguistics and generative grammar, including their links with psycholinguistic and computational linguistic modeling.
The conference will have oral presentations and a poster session. The official languages of the conference will be Italian and English.
Invited Speakers:
Martin Krämer, University of Tromsø
Cecilia Poletto - University of Frankfurt
Antonella Sorace - University of Edinburgh

Deadline for Abstract Submission:
December 15, 2013
Abstracts are welcome on any topic in generative grammar, but we particularly encourage submissions focusing on the following areas:
- Multilingualism in a broader perspective: developmental issues, acquisition of L2, bilingualism in language variation and change, contact phenomena, theoretical approaches to lesser studied languages and dialects
- Theoretical, computational and cognitively plausible models of the interface between the lexicon, syntax and semantics
The conference will be preceded by the workshop 'Specificity in the Grammar: Form and Interpretation' (February 12,
http://clic.cimec.unitn.it/specificity), also open for submissions.
