Non-Tenure-Track Faculty Teaching Position in Syntax

The Department of Linguistics in the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, invites outstanding candidates to fill a part-time non-tenure-track teaching position in syntax to teach two graduate courses in the 2015-16 academic year: (a) Generative Syntax (Ling 530) in Fall 2015, and (b) Syntax and Grammatical Theory (Ling 535) in Spring 2016. The position is open to the ranks of Lecturer, Adjunct Assistant Professor (Teaching), Adjunct Associate Professor (Teaching), and Adjunct Professor (Teaching). Applicants should have a doctoral degree in Linguistics and be able to demonstrate excellence in the teaching of syntax.
