Subject: Italian-English bilingual children, monolinguals
E-mail this message to a friend I am a PhD Student at the University of Edinburgh. I would like to receive some help on my research. The study deals with Italian-English bilingual children and code-switching.
I need bilingual families living in Scotland; the parents will be required to answer a questionnaire on language use, while the children (aged 7-11 and speaking Italian and English regularly on a daily basis) will be required to perform an acceptability task on code-switched dialogues recorded in 16 cartoons, by using a five-grade smileys scale.
Also I require Italian monolingual children and English monolingual children, living both in UK and Italy.
