Final deadline for submission of abstracts: 15 March 2016

Early Submission Procedure:

In recognition of the logistic challenges some potential participants may be facing in traveling to Melbourne, we have introduced an Early Submission Procedure:

Abstracts may be submitted at any time prior to the deadline, beginning now. Abstracts will be reviewed by the programme committee in two intermediate rounds, each with its own deadline:

Intermediate Deadline 1: December 15 2015

Intermediate Deadline 2: January 30 2016

Applicants will be informed of the programme committee's decision within two weeks of each deadline. (Thus, applicants submitting before December 15 will be informed by December 30, while applicants submitting before January 30 will be informed by February 15.) We hope that this procedure will make it possible for participants to see to their travel arrangements, and if necessary procure funding, well in advance
