Description:

Expressions of interest are being sought for a temporary lecturer position in the area of sociolinguistics, mainly stylistics, discourse analysis and sociolinguistic research methods. Areas such as interactional sociolinguistics, intercultural communication and/or areas of critical theory are desirable. This position is available from Jan. 2016 and hours and length of contract are negotiable – an approximate number of hours equates to about 0.7 of a full-time contract. The post holder will also need to have some experience in teaching BA provision at all levels as well as some experience in BA dissertation supervision. PhD in a related area is essential.
