Subject: Exhaustive derivation by phases
E-mail this message to a friend I would like to get a detailed picture of the way derivations operate in a model based on phases. Does anyone know a publication that provides the exhaustive phase derivation of a sentence like ‘Which sandwich did John eat in the bathroom at midnight?’ or any other sentence of medium complexity? What exactly gets sent to the interfaces by spell-out at each of the phases, what do these pieces of structure look like? How are they put together at the interfaces?
