The Sixth International Symposium on Linguistics
(Bucharest, 29-30 May 2015)
The symposium follows the tradition of scientific events organized by the ‘Iorgu Iordan – Al. Rosetti’ Institute of Linguistics and is open for the national and international scientific community, who is invited to participate at the debates that concern various aspects of linguistics in general and the research of Romanian language from a synchronic or diachronic perspective in particular.

The duration of a dissertation will not exceed 20 minutes (+10 minutes of discussions). The dissertations may be presented in Romanian, French, Spanish and English.
Those who are interested to participate are required to send the participation form until 15 March 2015. The proposals will be examined by the scientific committee, who will decide about their inclusion in the program of the event.
Important Dates:
15 March 2015: Deadline for submission of participation form
31 March 2015: Deadline for accepting/refusing participation
1-30 April 2015: Submission of registrations and payment of the participation fee of 150 lei/35 euro
The registration fee covers the paper case of the symposium, coffee breaks and lunch. Accommodation and transport will be paid by the participants.
The dissertations selected by the scientific committee will be published in a volume by a publishing house renowned in the specific field.
