Meeting Description:
The IV International Congress of Clinical Linguistics is addressed at all students and professionals interested in the study of the relationship between brain and language: Linguists, Neurologists, Psychologists, Speech Therapists.
It consists of plenary lectures, workshops (symposia), posters and oral communications.
Currently the following speakers have accepted to participate:
- Annette Karmiloff-Smith: University of London.
- Jubin Abutalebi:Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele.
- Fernando Cuetos: University of Oviedo
- Marcelo Berthier: Medical Research Centre (CIMES) Malaga
- Antonio Benítez-Burraco: University of Huelva
We invite abstracts for symposium and workshops for 75 minutes (+ 15 minutes discussion) with the participation of several speakers (3 or 4). The symposium and workshop must deal with practical experience in Clinical Linguistic fields.
We also invited abstracts for individual presentations and posters for 30 minutes, dealing one of the topics of the congress:
1. Aphasia
2. Dementia
3. Children
4. Speech therapy (logopedics)
5. Genetics.
