The 2016 International Academic Conference of the National Institute of Korean Language (NIKL) will be held on 7th September in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The conference will be hosted by the National Institute of Korean Language. The theme of the conference is “Sign Language and Social Communications.” The purpose of the conference is to form a social consensus between Deaf people and hearing people. The conference will provide an opportunity to rethink on the general issues related to Deaf culture and Sign Language.
