Special Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: – Academic background in Linguistics or Computational Linguistics (or related disciplines). – Knowledge of Corpus Linguistics, Semantics and Grammar, ideally with an interest in ontologies / framenets, word-sense disambiguation, semantic role labeling or parsing. – Strong language analysis skills. – Native-level or professional-level fluency in English. Preferred qualifications: – Experience with corpus analysis (or annotation) tools. – Interest in social media.

Séntisis Analytics provides leading technology for the semantic analysis of social media conversations. We are looking for a talented linguist who can share our passion for language technologies.

Functions: semantic annotation, lexico-conceptual database population, rule-based grammars.
Objective: develop Natural Language Understanding applications (sentiment analysis, text categorization and information extraction) focused on American English.
