Meeting Description:
The English Department at the Higher Institute of Human Sciences, Medenine - Tunisia, is pleased to announce its First International Conference on Language Teaching Pedagogy under the theme:
''New Directions in Language Teaching Pedagogy: ICT, an Impetus for Change?''
The conference is jointly organized with Tunisia TESOL, from 7-8 April 2016, at the Arid Regions Institute in Medenine. It is convened to be a forum bringing together the various stakeholders (researchers, teachers. education policy makers. students, ICT experts etc.) to share their ideas, insights, concerns. research results, and personal constructions of ''best practices,'' informed and enhanced by the judicious use of ICT.
As Fullan (1991) asserted, innovation with ICT cannot be assimilated unless its meaning is shared. Hence, we have chosen ''Share. Reflect, Empower'', as a motto for our conference.
The Conference Venue: The conference will be held at the Arid Regions Institute (IRA)
Route du Djorf km 22. El Fje 4119, Medenine. Tunisia.
