The second Portuguese Experimental Linguistics Workshop welcomes papers that focus on the integration of/interaction between linguistic theories and experimental work on Brazilian, European, and African varieties of Portuguese, Portuguese in Asia, Portuguese-based Creole languages as well as Portuguese as a heritage language.

Call for Papers:
We invite abstract submissions for the Experimental Portuguese Linguistics Workshop for 20-minute talks (plus 10 minutes for discussion) and/or poster presentations. Papers should focus on the integration of/interaction between linguistic theories and experimental work on Brazilian, European, and African varieties of Portuguese, Portuguese in Asia, Portuguese-based Creole languages as well as Portuguese as a heritage language. We welcome submissions in English.
Abstracts should be 1-page in length, 12-point font, US Letter (1-inch margins, 8.5 x 11). Please submit an anonymous abstract (.pdf) by e-mail to experimentalportuguese
gmail.com with subject 'abstract submission: ExPortLi 2'. In the body of the message, please include: 1) the abstract's title; 2) name of the authors; 3) affiliation.
Notifications about acceptance will be sent by February 1, 2019.
Papers can be also submitted for publication in Revista DiacrĂtica (CEHUM, University of Minho, Portugal). The deadline for submission is May 1, 2019.
