Meeting Description:
It
is a pleasure to invite you to the biannual conference Language Disorders in Greek.
This year, the conference is organized by the Psycholinguistics and Neurolinguistics
Lab of the Department of Linguistics, National and Kapodistrian University of
Athens. It will take place in Athens (exact location TBA) on 2-3 of June 2018.

Fees:
The fees for
participating are 30 euros for students and 50 euros for professionals.
Call
for Papers:
The conference aims to bring together researchers working on
language disorders in Greek in order to inform research and clinical practice.
Researchers and clinicians investigating language disorders theoretically and
empirically on all linguistic areas (phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics,
pragmatics) are invited to submit an abstract.
Topics of interest:
- Aphasia after stroke
- Neurodegenerative disorders (Alzheimer’s Disease,
Primary Progressive Aphasia, Dementia)
- Neurodevelopmental disorders (Specific
Language Impairment, Autism Spectrum Disorders, genetic syndromes)
- Language
interventions
- Language processing in typical and atypical populations

Language and music in typical and atypical populations
Guide for authors:
The deadline to submit abstracts is 30 March 2018.

and will be considered for oral presentations and posters. The working language of
the conference will be English.
