- Development of Child’s Language at Pre-school and in the Family
- Acquisition of the Mother Tongue and Foreign Languages in Latvian Schools
- The Needs of Special Education in Language Acquisition
- The Impact of Culture, Subculture and Value Orientation on Language Acquisition
- Acquisition of the Latvian Language as a Foreign Language in Latvia and Abroad
- The Language Environment in Latvia and the Importance of Citizens’ Linguistic Attitude in Language Acquisition
- Standards, Draft Standards, Programs and Description of Language Skill Levels for Language Acquisition
- Use of IT in Contemporary Language Acquisition Process
- The Status of Communicative and Linguistic Competences in the Labor Market
- Disorders of Speech and Language, Their Correction, and Prevention

Call for Papers:

A conference proceedings “Language Acquisition: Problems and Perspective” (ISSN 1407-9739) will be published based on the presented reports in the conference:

- the author can submit a relevant scientific article if the deadline is met. The author’s participation in the conference is not obligatory
- the articles will be published in the Latvian, English, Russian and German languages
- all the submitted articles will be anonymously reviewed, evaluated and accepted by the international editorial board

All abstracts for report submissions should be 850 characters or less.
