Host Institution: American University of Armenia
Coordinating Institution: Hampshire College

Dates: 22-Jul-2019 - 02-Aug-2019
Location: Yerevan, Armenia

Focus: YALP 2019 will bring together 50 undergraduate and graduate students from Armenia and other countries in the region and around the world. The summer school is generously hosted by The American University of Armenia. The purpose of the academy is to provide an opportunity for students to develop their knowledge and skills, possibly with a view toward applying to doctoral programs in philosophy or linguistics (including programs in the USA and Europe).
Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate

There will be no tuition or fees for students participating in The Yerevan Academy for Linguistics and Philosophy. We are currently trying to raise money to help defray housing costs for students, but at the moment students should plan their budgets on the assumption that they will be responsible for the cost of their own housing while participating in YALP.
