Meeting Description:

This seminar aims to be a reflection on how the lexicon can be approached from a psycholinguistic perspective and hence offers three insightful illustrations of current research studies within this trend. The presentations deal with the different ways words are learned, stored, and recalled from the mental lexicon of learners of Spanish and English as additional languages.

The objectives of the present seminar are entrenched within the study of productive vocabulary and word association. Specifically, it aims to explore the types of associations and networks observed in the vocabulary production of learners of different linguistic profiles, language levels, and target languages.
