The 2022 MLA Annual Convention will be held in Washington, DC, from 6 to 9 January. The presidential theme is Multilingual US.
Call for Papers:
Linguistics in Times of Pandemic, a special session of the 2022 MLA Annual Convention, invites 500-word abstracts exploring the ways in which languages, language use, and language policies have evolved since the emergence of the pandemic (i.e., language changes, forms of address, new words or linguistic practices, minority language communication).
Deadline for submissions: Monday, 15 March 2021
