Meeting Description:

This year the Poznan Linguistic Meeting is celebrating its 50th meeting. Therefore CIPL, Comité International Permanent des Linguistes, contributes to this joyful meeting by organizing two additional sessions. One of these sessions, organized in cooperation with the Foundation of Endangered Languages, FEL, will be devoted to Language Endangerment.

The ‘leitmotif’ of PLM50 is ''Linguistics matters: On the importance of the study of language in the modern world.'' Therefore, the topic of this section is the Future of less favoured Languages in the modern world: Indigenous, Regional and Minority status.

Call for Papers:
