Description:
The National University of Singapore will hire a Research Fellow (post-doc) with specialization in syntactic and/or semantic theory. The position is for two years, ideally beginning summer or fall 2021, with possibility of renewal.
The Research Fellow will have the opportunity to pursue their independent research program and engage with the syntax/semantics community at NUS
https://mitcho.com/lab/. Interest in or experience with the study of languages of Southeast Asia is a plus. There is no teaching obligation. Funds exist for fieldwork, experimentation, and publication expenses, as well as for international conference travel if and when applicable. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications. The Research Fellow must have their PhD in hand by the start of the position. Candidates with three years of postdoctoral experience and commensurate track record may be considered at the level of Senior Research Fellow.
