The theoretical and epistemological account behind that discussion, "Dollinger, Stefan. 2019. The Pluricentricity Debate: On Austrian German and Other Germanic Standard Varieties. New York: Routledge" has now been reviewed in Zeitschrift für Rezensionen der Germanistischen Sprachwissenschaft.
