Call for Papers for the Summer School of Catalan Linguistics (EDELC)

The goal of the Summer School of Catalan Linguistics (Escola d’Estiu de Lingüística Catalana, EDELC), which will be held from the 18th to the 24th of July 2021, is to bring together students and researchers of Catalan linguistics from Catalan universities as well as from universities abroad. Thus, the EDELC aims to provide training in Catalan linguistics to undergraduate and graduate students who wish to strengthen their knowledge in this area, with special attention to students from universities outside the Catalan linguistic domain who have an interest in the Catalan language or who have already begun to carry out research on some aspect of it. EDELC will focus on different areas, such as phonetics/phonology, morphology, pragmatics/semantics, syntax and sociolinguistics, among others.
