Focus: Area 1: Formal and Experimental Linguistics

- Course 2: L2 speech learning: The effects of phonetic training – Anabela Rato (University of Toronto, Canada)
- Course 3: Experimental and computational approaches to lexicon and morphology – João Veríssimo (Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal)

Area 2: Terminology and Lexicography
- Course 1: International standard for the representation of open lexical data – Laurent Romary (INRIA, France) – CLOSED – limited to 12 attendees, this course is already filled
- Course 2: Potencialidades no uso de corpos (linguísticos): estudos de tradução, extração de informação e leitura distante – Diana Santos (Linguateca & University of Oslo, Norway)
- Course 3: FAIR Terminology: design and implementation of terminological databases for open science – Federica Vezzani (University of Padova, Italy), Giorgio Maria Di Nunzio (University of Padova, Italy), Rute Costa (NOVA CLUNL)

- Course 3: Didáctica de las Lenguas y Educación Plurilingüe – Ines Garcia Azkoaga (Universidad del País Vasco, Spain)

Description:
Organized by Linguistics Research Centre of NOVA University Lisbon (CLUNL) with the support of Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), ELEXIS and COST Action NexusLinguarum, the Lisbon Summer School in Linguistics 2022 will be held at School of Social Sciences and Humanities of NOVA University Lisbon between 4-8 of July.

9 courses are offered, 3 per area:
- Area 1: Formal and Experimental Linguistics
- Area 2: Terminology and Lexicography
- Area 3: Grammar & Text

PhD students are the main target audience, but the courses are not restricted to them and are open to a professional audience that wants to keep up to date!

Enrolment is open until 20th of June, 2022.
