We are looking for adults who are 60 years or above for a study on how ageing affects speech perception.

All volunteers must be:

- 60 years old or above
- monolinguals of English (brought up speaking English, not other languages)
- without neurological/speech/hearing disorders
- without cognitive impairments (e.g., dementia, learning disability)
- with corrected-to-normal vision
- without a college/university degree in music
- born and living in England
- with a working computer (a desktop or a laptop) with a speaker

Hearing aid users can participate in this study.

The study will take place on an online platform. Financial compensation provided. During the study, participants will be asked to listen to short speech in English and answer simple questions.
If you would like to participate, please contact Melissa at mgibbs1uclan.ac.uk. Melissa will arrange a quick online meeting and tell you how to participate.
