Extended Deadline - Exploring translational modes: practices, objects, life forms

Description:
The FUSP - Nida Centre for Advanced Research on Translation invites advanced graduate students to a ten-day online gathering with a brand-new format: via virtual access from anywhere in the world, students will participate in an ongoing dialogue with faculty who will gather in person. The title of our summer school, "Exploring translational modes: practices, objects, life forms" emphasizes that translation can be studied and practiced in a plurality of ways, perspectives, and approaches.

Tuition: 550 EURO

Tuition Explanation: The fee for full online participation at the Summer School is € 550 by 15
April 2022.
Early bird application fee by 15 March: € 450.
A limited number of bursaries are made available to cover the cost of the school partially/totally. If an applicant wishes to apply for a bursary, a written request outlining both merit and need must accompany their school application when submitted. Decisions about bursaries will be communicated to applicants at the same time as decisions regarding admission.

Requisites and application procedure

A maximum of 30 students will be accepted.

Applications are open to PhD students and researchers of translation in any discipline.
Applicants must apply through the online application form, which includes a submit a 300-word statement on current research and interest in the summer school, and provide a curriculum vitae.
