Focus: This free online 1 hour workshop, which runs on Friday February 25 3pm-4pm GMT, is designed to help any member of the general public who is interested in Dickens's undeciphered dictation to get started on shorthand transcription. Beginners are welcome.

Description:
After a successful crowdsourced transcription of Dickens’s "Tavistock letter”, the Dickens Code project is currently investigating the undeciphered stories dictated by Dickens and taken down in shorthand by his pupil Arthur Stone.
To help new solvers with transcription, we will be running an introductory "SolveIt" workshop on Friday February 25th at 3pm GMT.
