    LOT (Landelijke Onderzoekschool Taalwetenschap) LOT is a cooperation of the research institutes CLS, HIL, IFOTT, and UiL OTS.

    Also participating in the organisation of the Summer School is the Groningen Graduate School for Behavioral and Cognitive Neurosciences (BCN, RUG).

    Location: The courses will be held at the University of Amsterdam, Faculty of Arts (Letterenfaculteit). Details will follow after registration.

    Credit: Full credit (120hrs.) is given if the course is completed with a paper. In other cases people can obtain certificates on the basis of participation (40 hrs.), which may require a short assignment.

    Costs: Admission is free for those students (AIO's/OIO's/grants) which are officially affiliated with an institute that participates in LOT or have an agreement with LOT. Others are requested to pay fl. 350,= a week not including lodging.

    Lodging: The local organizer has made reservations for lodging for those LOT AIO's/OIO's/grants who need to stay at Amsterdam. Those who wish to make use of this arrangement should fill out the separate form found elsewhere on this site, and send, before May 1st, to the LOT-secretariat at the above address. For those of you that are not officially part of LOT, the organization will help to find lodging for you. Please, also fill out the separate form if you want to make use of this arrangement.

    Enrollment: The enrollment forms should be returned to Utrecht before May 1st. Enrollment after this date will endanger the possibilities of admittance to the courses. Enrollment for a course is definitive. Any cancellation or change should immediately be passed on to the LOT-secretariat.
