The Biblical Greek Mailing List B-Greek is a mailing list for scholars and students of Biblical Greek. Our main focus is upon understanding the Greek text of the Bible. Discussion topics include scholarly study of the Greek Bible and related Jewish and Christian Greek texts, tools for beginning and advanced students of Biblical Greek such as textbooks, reference works, bibliography and research tools, and linguistic topics such as morphology, lexicography, syntax,and discourse analysis.

The "jewish-languages" mailing list is a forum for academic discussion of Jewish languages, including Hebrew, Yiddish, Ladino, Jewish English, Judeo-Arabic, etc. A Jewish language is broadly conceived as any system of speech or writing used by Jews that differs somewhat from the non-Jewish language(s) around it.
The Association of Young Linguists was founded in Barcelona in 1992. Its members are PhD students and researchers devoted to the study of language and linguistics and related disciplines. Neder-L is een algemeen elektronisch tijdschrift voor de neerlandistiek. Sinds 1992 wordt de periodiek gemiddeld drie keer per maand, zo'n veertig keer per jaar, via elektronische post verstuurd aan zo'n zestienhonderd neerlandici en andere geïnteresseerden over de gehele wereld. Sinds het voorjaar van 1997 is er bovendien een WWW-versie van Neder-L: http://www.neder-l.nl/ Deze web-versie wordt maandelijks door zo'n 15.000 mensen bekeken.
Neurocognitive Linguistics is an attempt to understand the linguistic system of the human brain, the system that makes it possible for us to speak and write, to understand speech and writing, to think using language, and to learn how to perform these remarkable feats. The object of investigation is the mental system that supports our language processing.
The purpose of this mailing list is to allow for a wider-ranging discussion on matters related with the study of talk shows, interviews, discussion programmes that is, any kind of programme which may serve as a public forum for discussion on different topics both on TV and radio. Messages on programmes in any language and from any country are welcome. I hope that this open forum will facilitate ongoing discussions among its members.

A Translation Studies forum used by postgraduate students to stir up debates and make announcements on forthcoming events. Students are invited to help each other out by exchanging research and content-related questions. Issues to be discussed in this context include translation theory, literature, cultural studies, linguistics, DTS, cognitive theory and sociotranslatology. Experienced scholars are also welcome.
